The attendees to our April 29 meeting on Health and Longevity by your Chairman were informed on the importance of healthy lifestyles, some of the chemical pathways in health, and may have been scared healthy by the preponderance of evidence.
Thank you to all for your involvement with our local AIChE chapter this past year. Special recognition and thanks to our Past Chairman, Tom Leas, from IDEM for volunteer help at the chemistry and engineering day events; our Vice-Chairman, Mike Wertz, from Heritage Environmental Services and Stephen Leeper from Eli Lilly Tippecanoe Labs for contributing at the Purdue chemical engineering career evening; our Treasurer, John Elliott, from IDEM; Karl Schnelle from Dow Agro Sciences for maintaining our website; Chris Burcham for membership; and Kevin Keating from Eli Lilly for editing and distributing our newsletter.
